Last updated:
Effective October 21, 2026.
Red Diamond Information Services, LLC (Red Diamond, we, us) operates www.reddiamondis.com. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website and inquiries about our services.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a consultation, or use a website form or chat, you may provide your name, business email, telephone number, company name, and the contents of your message. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, patient information, or other sensitive records through public website forms or chat.
The website and its service providers may collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, interaction events, and request/error logs. Cookies and similar technologies can associate activity with a browser or session.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss requested services, and manage the resulting business relationship. Technical and usage information helps us operate and secure the website, troubleshoot errors, and understand how visitors use it. We also use information for advertising audiences, targeted advertising, and advertising measurement through Google Ads and Meta/Facebook.
If we send promotional email, you can use the unsubscribe instructions in that email or contact us to request that it stop.
Website providers and embedded tools
- HubSpot: forms, contact management, and chat. Information submitted through those tools is processed through HubSpot.
- Google Analytics: website usage measurement. Google services may collect browser, device, cookie, and interaction data.
- Google Ads and Meta/Facebook: advertising audiences, targeted advertising, and measurement. These services may use cookies, browser or device identifiers, and online activity to recognize a browser or account, build or reach audiences, personalize ads, and measure results. First-party website identifiers and providers’ advertising identifiers may be used together for these purposes.
- Microsoft Clarity: interaction analytics, including session playback and heatmaps. This can include page layout and interaction events such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Do not enter sensitive information into public website tools.
- Google reCAPTCHA: spam and abuse protection on embedded forms. Its operation can involve device and interaction data sent to Google.
- Livid: embedded video playback. The theme loads the player after a visitor activates it; the video provider then receives the requests needed to deliver the player and video.
- Hosting and operational providers: website hosting, security, email delivery, and maintenance require processing of requests, logs, and communications.
Provider practices are described in the HubSpot privacy policy, Google privacy policy, Meta privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement, and Livid, Inc. privacy policy.
Disclosure and processing locations
We disclose information to providers as needed to operate these functions, respond to your requests, deliver requested services, and support the advertising uses described above. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and website security. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries according to their applicable terms and privacy arrangements.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do disclose information to advertising providers for advertising audiences, targeted advertising, and measurement. Depending on the law that applies, advertising disclosures may be treated as a sale or sharing even when no money is exchanged.
Cookies, advertising, and your choices
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies can affect forms, chat, video, or other website features.
You can manage Google advertising personalization through Google My Ad Center, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on in a supported browser, and manage Meta advertising settings through Facebook Ad Preferences. These provider controls have their own scope and may depend on your browser, device, account, or sign-in state. Limiting personalized advertising does not remove all advertising or stop all website processing.
Contact us using the details below to request an opt-out from our targeted advertising uses or to ask about your privacy choices.
Retention and security
Our standard retention period for website inquiries, chat records, analytics and session recordings, server logs, and backups is 90 days. Information needed for an ongoing client relationship is handled under the relevant service agreement. We may retain information longer when needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or establish or defend legal claims.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. Please use the agreed secure channels for sensitive client information.
Requests and contact
Contact Hello@RedDiamondiS.com or 256-957-7988 with privacy questions or requests concerning your information. Depending on the law applicable to your request, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information, or to opt out of certain advertising uses. We may need information sufficient to verify a request and will handle requests according to applicable requirements.
Other websites and client services
Linked third-party websites have their own privacy practices. Information processed while delivering managed IT or other client services is also subject to the relevant service agreement and, where applicable, data-processing or business associate agreements. This website policy does not create a HIPAA compliance guarantee or authorize submission of protected health information through public forms.
Changes
We will publish an updated policy and effective date when these practices change.
